Beverly L. Anderson

A queer author who focuses on a lot of mental health and queer characters in their books, Bev has always had the heart of an activist. They find themselves in several minorities and champion intersectional approaches to the advocacy they take part in. They feel like writing itself is a political statement, especially when the writing focuses on minorities and issues relating to mental health.

Bev's work is on the darker side, and it could be said it started when they were elven and writing a kidnapping story in a spiral notebook. A love of writing spawned at that point, and they began penning poem after poem as well as writing and doing early cover design with pencils and paper. With most of the works they write falling under the categories of dark romance, paranormal romance, and fantasy, they write a little bit of everything, bringing romance into other genres and featuring non binary characters front and center living, loving, and also hurting and healing.
